While we are doing our best to ensure that there is no impact to the delivery service, there might be a delay due to the changing situation.

We, along with our warehousing and delivery partners, have implemented significant precautionary measures across our supply chain to protect our associates and ensure safe delivery of Dyson products to you.

Contactless delivery

To ensure social distancing:
- At the time of delivery, our associate will place the product on your doorstep and step back to maintain a safe distance for you to receive it
- Customer signatures are not required at the time of delivery now. Instead our delivery associate will ask for an image of the recipient’s identification card as a proof of delivery

Practicing Hygiene
- All our associates are practicing frequent handwashing with soap & water. For those on the road or catering to last-mile logistics - they are frequently sanitizing their hands as per guidelines
- All our associates will be wearing facemasks covering mouth and nose
- All associates are temperature screened before the start of the day, and associates feeling unwell are required to stay home, self-quarantine and seek medical attention.
- Any delivery associates who are residing in any of the hotspot locations are not being catering towards the services rendered
- Social distancing norms are being strictly followed across all warehouses and our partner locations.
- No visitors are allowed at any of the warehouse or partner locations currently.

Sanitized facilities
- Increased frequency and intensity of cleaning across our facilities; all warehouse locations are being sanitized multiple times each day
- At the start and end of routes, delivery associates clean all frequently touched surfaces in their delivery vehicles
- At the facility, all regularly touched surfaces like doors, handles, etc. are regularly cleaned / sanitized
