At the time of delivery, our associate will place the product on your doorstep and step back to maintain a safe distance for you to receive it

Customer signatures are not required at the time of delivery now. Instead our delivery associate will ask for an image of the recipient’s identification card as a proof of delivery

If, within 7 days of purchase, you find the same model advertised at a lower price by Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Croma in India, we’ll refund the difference.

- Promise does not apply if your purchase is part of a bundle or collection that can also be purchased individually at full price.
- Refunds will be processed by our Customer Service team within 5-10 working days.

Product advertised must be new and in its original packaging. Promise does not apply if the product is reconditioned, refurbished, used, damaged, returned, open box or a demonstrator product.

2-year warranty

We don’t stop caring about your machines once they’re yours. We offer a warranty on parts and labour for two years on cordless vacuum cleaners, hair dryers and air purifiers.

When you buy from Dyson.in you can choose to register your warranty automatically, so you won’t have to fill any more forms.
