^{• This referral scheme is offered by Dyson Technology India Private Limited (hereinafter “Dyson”) to Indian residents of 18 years and above who are eligible to contract under Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• ₹2,000 discount is not applicable on purchase of V12, V11, Dyson Air wrap™ hair styler, Dyson Corrale™ hair straightener, accessories or any product which is already on Offer and Promotion. Also not applicable for any NPD
• The discount code received is not to be shared with any Dyson representative or on social media
• Only purchases made during 1st April 2022 to 30th June 2022 shall be eligible under this referral scheme.
• Purchases made but returned at any time will not be considered for the reward
• The promo code cannot be clubbed with other offers or promotions or on machines which are on discount
• Accumulated Referrals can be redeemed only once under the Referral Program and any unredeemed or unutilized referrals shall stand forfeited
• Machine redeemed using referrals earned as part of this program will be provided at a nominal cost of ₹100 only
• Any existing owner can successfully refer any number of friends. However, the reward will be capped at a maximum of 16 successful referrals
• Any tax liability arising from the reward will have to be borne by the customer and Dyson reserve the right to give the reward only after payment of all statutory dues by the customer
• The reward is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
• The referral program is not applicable on purchase of accessories and tools
• Reward once selected cannot be changed. In case the reward selected by the customer is not available or out of stock, customer will be required to choose a reward from the stock available with Dyson
• The decision made by Dyson on the program or reward will be final
• Any dispute hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana}
